Balance for the Brain
Shift the focus from thinking and communicating (our everyday work mode), towards movement, relaxation, and being in touch with yourself. Balance movements create the part of our performance curve where we recharge our strength and energy. Repeat each movement at least six times.
Self-priming and alpha-pause
Method for using self-priming to access and activate (unconscious) resources to solve problems or reach our goals. Similarly, mental training as an alpha-pause or switching ritual is highly regenerative. (15 minutes).
